Geneva Homes has successfully accompanied the sale of two of our properties in Geneva in 2021 and 2023. As foreigners now living abroad we had to rely on a highly professional, reliable, responsive and trustworthy broker on the ground and Geneva Homes certainly exceeded our keenest expectations as we were particularly struck by the breadth and quality of their network given that we managed to confirm a creditworthy buyer within just days on both occasions. In short, we can only but very highly recommend Geneva Homes to anyone who wants to buy or sell property in and around Geneva.

Geneva Homes has been a lifesaver. Without needing to work with one realtor, and worrying about the process, Geneva Homes helped us through a stressful ordeal in a short amount of time. First, they got to know us to understand what kind of property we were looking for and once they understood it was a quick process. Buying a home anywhere is difficult but in Geneva it is even more complicated. From the moment we started house hunting we never wasted precious time on ridiculous real estate. I worked with Sylvia and mostly Mariana. They explained everything with patience no matter how many times we asked the same questions. They replied quickly with details. They helped us in every step from finding a house, financing, notary to the exchange of keys. I can not imagine ever doing any of these steps alone. Weather anglophone or francophone or espagnol they can help. Their help was genuine and with great attention. We felt that they had our back the whole time. If and when we need to buy another property, I wouldn’t think of any other way other than with Geneva Homes, Mariana and Sylvia. Thank you to them and their team. I wholeheartedly recommend working with this company.

Silvia and the Geneva homes team were extremely professional and so easy to work with. Silvia went over and beyond expectations to help us in all areas of the search for our the new home as well as the sale of our existing home and was always available to respond to our requests. This especially helped as we are not Swiss and it’s a great peace of mind knowing someone that can walk you through the whole process from A to Z. Would highly recommend Silvia and the Geneva Homes team

We had a great experience with Geneva Homes, who helped us buy our first home in Geneva. My husband and I are not Swiss, so we needed extra support to understand the real estate market and process for buying and financing a home. Colin and Silvia held our hands (and sometimes literally held our baby while on home visits!) throughout the whole process and were particularly understanding of our situation as non-Swiss professionals and as first-time buyers with a relatively tight budget for the market. They also were flexible to help us in English, Spanish and French. Finally Colin is still in touch to advise us on our longer-term strategy.
