Very good garage whose staff are evidently very experienced and good at what they do. I would highly recommend them, especially to anyone who needs an English speaking technician.

Special thanks to Emmanuel who identified and corrected my problem quickly.

If I ever need a garage again they will be my first call.

A very classic style of garage. Very customer centric, very professional and personable, equally competent and with a small network of specialists, they seem capable to fix anything. Over the years they have been truly amazing with my older performance cars, especially with the Swiss periodic control. The boss is fluent in both English and French. The central location is great.

I am servicing my car at this garage for past two years and I regard Emmanuel and his team very high! They seem to understand your situation and your needs very well. They don’t change what you don’t need to change. They change what you need to change. They care about trust of their clients and are very transparent with them. I am definitely with them for a long term.

Fantastic ( !!! ) may seem a strong word, but it reflects exactly the feeling you get when you leave your car in the hands of Emanuel and his Pit Stop team. Because you know it will be handled with highest level of attention, care and knowledge.
It is like finally someone treats your family vehicle the way it deserves since you rely on it every day.
Professionalism is what you will experience when you enter the Pit Stop repair shop of Emanuel and his team.
He approaches your car immediately after you arrive. He asks and looks aimful and very targeted and finds out right on the spot the reasons for your worries. And he offers the solution for you, tells you when the car will be ready, how much will the repair cost. And a replacement vehicle is also offered to you while your car is cared about.
When you come for picking up the car you will see the car ready, prepared, clean and waiting for you and you also receive information on the overall condition of your vehicle, some reflections on what future maintaining and/or repairs might be needed.
I am since two years in Geneva, I never encountered such a high level of professionalism.

Today, Emanuel helped for a second time in row of less than two weeks.

So, if you are in trouble with your vehicle and you are in Geneva, just go to Pit Stop in Geneva, Emanuel and his team do know how and will help you.

Emmanuel is great. The work he and Jakob in the Vernier garage have done on my vehicle has been really good and well priced. Throughout the time Emmanual had the vehicle, he provided regular updates about the work and kept me informed of progress. I would definitely recommend Pitstop. As an added bonus, Emmanuel speaks perfect English, which is helpful for anglophones.

Emmanuel is excellent, and a really good guy. I was in process of buying a collector car and I did not have any local contacts and Emmanuel was willing to help. The dealer selling the car sells high end collectibles (vintage Ferrari's, Aston Martins etc.) and when I told him I was working with Emmanuel he said "oh, I know who he is, he is very well known here in Switzerland and he has a great reputation". Emmanuel was willing to go out of his way, help and is clearly very thorough.

I have been very happy with Emmanuel. I change cars oftenly and he has taken care of me and all my cars. Prices are always a little expensive in Geneva. But that is everywhere. The difference here is that Emmanuel is a professional that is very honest and straight forward who knows what he is doing and that is very rare. Also he has all the equipment needed for all cars. I highly recommend his shop.
