M. G. Lacoste est un homme serviable, aimable et ponctuel, avec la main sur le coeur et toujours à l’écoute. Toute son équipe et lui-même sont de vrais professionnels, avec beaucoup d’expérience et de savoir-faire, ainsi tout le matériel de protection à disposition pour le transport. Rien n’a été endommagé malgré un déménagement complexe d’un volume de deux garages pleins! Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable en comparaison des expériences antécédentes. Pour ma part, tout simplement ma meilleure expérience de déménagement vécue! Un grand MERCI à toute l’équipe.

J’ai eu la même expérience que l’autre personne.
Malheureusement, plusieurs dégâts ont été causés lors de notre déménagement (y compris le sommier de notre lit qui a été cassé, des rayures sur les meubles, cadres de tableau et flacons de parfum cassés). Ca fait déjà un mois que nous n’arrivons pas à faire Monsieur Lacoste nous rembourser pour ces dégâts et/ou de proposer une solution. Il ne répond pas aux emails ni au téléphone. La seule fois que j’ai réussi à le joindre il m’a promis de me rappeler (bien sûr il ne l’a jamais fait).
Ce n’est pas une compagnie fiable. A éviter.

I had the same experience as the other person.
Unfortunately, a lot of damage was caused during our move (including a broken bed, scratches on furniture, broken picture frames and perfume bottles). It has been a month since we are trying to reach out to Mr. Lacoste in order to obtain a refund or find an appropriate solution. He does not answer his emails or his phone. The only time I managed to reach him he promised to call me back (of course he never did).
This is not a reliable company. To avoid.

Ne payer pas en fin de déménagement si il y a le moindre soucis!
Je me suis fait avoir!
Vaisselle cassée, malgré une foule de rappel, rien pour nous!
C'est pas une entreprise fiable.

Après plus d'une année et beaucoup de temps passé à relancer, nous attendons toujours que ce qui a été cassé soit remplacé...
