We had a superb family break at Les Bergues. The staff are incredibly welcoming, insightful and professional as we have come to expect at Four Seasons hotels. The suite we had was superb with fantastic views. The hotel is perfectly located near the old town. By the way we had a delicious lunch at Izumi too - I would recommend.

We tried the restaurant and started with a bottle of Champagne. They served it with wine glasses. Food was not recommendable. Price/Performance ratio doesn’t match

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service from the staff.

The accommodations were luxurious and exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and impeccably decorated, with breathtaking views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries.

The amenities and facilities at the hotel were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and the fitness center, both of which were well-maintained and had a great selection of equipment.

The food and beverage options were also exceptional. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant Izumi, and the food was delicious. The service was also impeccable, with the waitstaff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

My favorite hotel in genava is four sessions because of the service, today specially I visit lobby lounge I am very impressed about the employee her name is lucie who served us today she’s verrry friendly she advise us very good drinks she knows her job very well I wish to see people like her please thanks her again for her great job.

As a Marriot Bonvoy member, I never stay in other properties. But as this was booked by my event organizer who invited me to Watches and Wonders, I had no choice. I should say, really good service and a wonderful stay.

The restaurant hostess and management are unethical inconsiderate to kids and to people who are not staying at the hotel. We have stayed at many four seasons hotels before and never seen such a poor customer service. This time is happened that our agent booked a different hotel so we came to FS for breakfast and we’re denied. I was together with my 20 month old baby and 4 years old daughter. They denied us due to the fact that we are not staying at FS and breakfast reserved to people who stay at the hotel only. WHAT? Are you serious? First of all, who will go out of their way to eat at FA if not previous customers, 2- you are inconsiderate to infants and and completely rude, 3- the restaurant was empty and plenty of space to sit us. At the hotel of this level they should let go people who made this poor decision and literally bullies kids. Reputation is the most important for high level places as every business owner knows it. Very low and shameful.

The staff was polite when i arrived and check me in fast i did all my room payment the day i arrived and when i check out they told me you still didnt pay your room i show them that i payed at the first day , then the staff told me it’s ok you can leave and we willl check and email you back , after i left the hotel they still charging me on my visa card they took the same amount i paid twice ,and they didn’t return my deposit, it’s was a bad experience
