Tried coming 3 times. The shop is supposed to be open 11-18 which already isn't great but all the 3 times there would be a sign the owner is somewhere else. Why bother and provide service,right?

Really hate to do this... Bought a BJJ Kimono, and after 4 months using it 2x per week or less, had holes in the neck area. Clearly a defect with the product.
I called the store, and the owner told me that if bought a ball at Migros, and the ball broke while using it, I would not return it... Firstly, he compared his chf 170.- products with a chf 10.- Migros ball... secondly, Migros will replace a product that broke prematurely after normal usage... thirdly, I was called egocentric for asking for an arrengement for a new kim during tough economic times...
Pretty bad experience.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I went to the store instead of ordering online to support local businesses and to get proper customer service, and received the total opposite.

Poor service , shop closed during 'opening hours' with a note that they will be back within 30m. However, did not specified 30m from what time....waited for over 30m outside. I could see people inside after knocking several times and being ignored I left.

La conseillère est très agréable et sera répondre à vos besoins.

Je recommande totalement cette boutique bien achalandée ! Mais surtout pour l’accueil et les recommandations professionnelles et personnalisées de leurs propriétaires. Ils offrent aussi la possibilité de s’entraîner en EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) ! Incontournable aussi pour les équipements de boxe et de musculation. Besoin de conseils en nutrition? N’hésiter pas de demander !!

Très satisfaite des prestations que j’utilise chez fitnfight. Autant pour les articles que le coaching Body Mihatec que je pratique depuis un moment chez eux. Les propriétaires sont de très bons conseils et disponibles !

J ai commencé mes cours avec Susanna depuis fin mars.
Susanna est une excellente coach: très professionnelle, et, bienveillante. Elle connaît très bien son domaine et est de plus, très agréable et sympathique. Elle prends en considération mes demandes.Elle adapte le programme à mes besoins avec des séances adaptés.Des résultats immédiats.
Merci Susanna pour m’ avoir permis de reprendre tonicité et goût de reprendre l exercice.
De plus, nous parlons nutrition et Susanna me donne de supers conseils.
