By far the biggest choice of costumes in the city. And their prices are also much better than other shops. Best in town

They pretty much have everything you need for decorations and party supplies for most occasions: birthdays, baby shower, baptism etc best to go there by public transport but you can also drive there and use the street parking which is not always easy to find. Prices are alright and fair. Was just disappointed I couldn't find balloon adhesive dots as I wanted to go for the illusion of helium balloons by sticking balloons with the adhesive dots to the ceiling. Overall, it's a fantastic shop which will most likely have 95% of what you need for a celebration!

Looked on their website for a specific shape, did not have it so ordered elsewhere. Asked If I could get it inflated but they don't do it for ballons bought outside - ofc I said I would pay. There's a helium shortage.

Luckily they had the same shape in the store, was happy to buy it and have it inflated there. Then they changed the story and wanted me to pay for the baloon but leave it in the store.

I felt like I was talking to a bot or on a candid camera. I was in a rush to catch a train and unfortunately after the 10th time I tried to explain myself only to be met with "we can't inflate balloons from outside" I made the big mistake of raising my voice. So the security guard started yelling at me that I was hysterical and people were dying in Ukraine (?)

Asked to deflate the balloon as I just wanted to leave. They were happy to do that (loosing the cost of the helium but I guess that was their logic) but they were not able to.

At this point the manager walked in and looked at me as if I was a disgusting begger, did not ask me what happened and told the staff to give me the baloon. I said I would pay for it all along but the girl said I had been trying to get it for free. It was the weirdest most humiliating experience I ever had.

Maybe they need a security guard because they try to scam clients so often people get upset all the time. I will never go back to a shop run in such a dishonest way. I suspect the rave reviews are from family and friends to balance the real negative ones.

You get a good collection of decoration and accessories related to your bday. Great customer service ( rare in Geneva). ;)

Very large choice of disguises although they are of very cheap quality and outrageously expensive for what it is. Also the shop accepts no returns. 20% fête would be more accurate.

Mitigated views of the staff. Some are really helpful; some make you forget you are there to buy items for fun... Sad....
