It's unfortunate that I have to give even one star because if I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I fully understand now why they are no longer the concierge service for my husband's company. We would receive invoices MONTHS after work had been completed so who knows if they are even paying their employees in a reasonable amount of time. Horrible communication from the administrative staff, even to the level of being secretive and deceitful. Full of excuses and rudely acted as if THEY were doing ME a favor by me PAYING for services. A total joke. Would never recommend.
