A really fantastic person and an absolutely great ENT. He does not rush his examination and is precise and so efficient. I wish all medical professionals were like Dr Hsieh. Fully trust his diagnosis and treatment.

Used him several times.( also other family members) I have had ear issues for quite a few years and have used ENT speacialists in several countries. Thailand, Australia UK. He is excellent and deft handed. Often busy but highly recommend . I no longer live in Geneva but would travel there to consult him.

Très déçue de ce cabinet. Principalement du manque de sympathie d’une secrétaire qui se permet d’hausser le ton en étant agressive et en coupant la parole. Le professionnalisme se perd…

ORL et allergologue très expert dans ses domaines et très à l'écoute. Ses secrétaires sont très compétentes également.
Pas surprenant qu'il figure dans les recommandations de tous les médecins du canton !

Médecin brusque, très peu à l'écoute, aucune bienveillance et empathie.
Je déconseille et ne retournerai pas chez lui. Est-ce peut-être à la tête du client?...
