We weren't very happy with the hotel. Its definitely not a 4 star. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Our room (101) was very cold. The air conditioning just seemed to blow cold air. The room was very dirty, lots of hair/dust around. The bathroom was like a climate of its own, that was extra cold. The shower curtain clings to you like a 2 year old child. There is no adequate lighting in any room for you to do makeup etc. The beds were pushed together to make a double but are on wheels, so they constantly move. The breakfast buffet is not great either. Limited choice, food that has been out for hours and not really kept cold. One morning I had a yoghurt that had turned and gone solid and foul. The staff are friendly enough and helpful but I think the hotel could do with an overhaul, it stated it's recently renovated but I don't believe it is. Our bed sheet had cigarette burns, out mini bar was locked so we couldn't even use it, it's so old though I think the 1950s want it back, we got questioned when we checked out why we didn't use it!
Unfortunately we booked this with a voucher bought as a present and then topped that up with cash to meet the value of the room so complaining at the hotel would not of got us very far.

First, the location is 15 min walking from the downtown which is realtively good. For the room cleanliness, overall the room is clean, but there are insects flying everywhere in the room at the ceiling. For the service, the hotel has one of the most inprofessional stuff that I have ever met. The Air conditioner was not working, and I told the receptionest about it in the morning; nothing happened. When I complained about it he told me to open the window or go to other hotels. Overall, I dont recommend for anyone.

Location, price, cleaning, help in simple necessary things. If you find connection to the personnel then you will be fine. Otherwise Airbnb is a good option
When on discount is one of the best prices in Geneva. Very small rooms, good cleaning service, attentive personnel, eventhough not every reception person is attentive enough. Need to ask for renovated room. Backpain after sleep on their mattresses.

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL . YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER THE SAME DAY AND HAVE TO LEAVE PLUS LOSE YOUR MONEY. ITS FRAUDULENT. NOT 4 STAR. ITS A 1 STAR HOTEL. Please under no circumstances book this hotel as the photos are deceptive. I had to leave after 10 minutes. Its disgusting, dirty and does not in no way match the photos on various websites. There is a horrible smell. Elevator is small and old - the doors hit you after you enter the elevator. I didn't see any other hotel guests during my short time there. The manager is not available to address issues. The hotel will not issue you a refund and you will lose your money. The management and workers are doing some fraud. They asked me for my credit card details on a piece of paper with my security code. You could see they were going to do some fraud at a later date. The receptionist kept telling lies and pretended he was new at the job so he couldn't issue a refund when the truth was they were trying to avoid a giving a refund. When the hotel is this ugly, a refund is owed. I had the worst experience at this hotel. It is all deception and fake. If you book this hotel, your trip to Geneva will be ruined. Avoid.

We stayed at this hotel and in our opinion this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hotel needs some serious updating and our room was not only disappointing in size and it's furnishings and facilities it was so cold too.
The heater in the room didn't work and one small radiator was under a set of windows that didn't shut properly.
We were given room 101 and this was right opposite the lift and stair well which made it very noisy with other guests and reception.
We had booked B and B and the overall stay was over 400.00 for 2 nights this was a very poor breakfast offered. They need to look at how they store and present the food as the yogurts etc were left out warm and both we tried had a bad taste. The amount of food available to us was nothing like the pictures had shown.
This review is no reflection on the staff, they seemed to try their best in what I can only describe as a failing hotel in need of some desperate TLC and attention.

I spent four nights there and found it excellent. The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast fresh and diverse, and the room was always very clean and silent. It was a perfect cost-benefit balance for those who need to spend a few days in Geneva and get to enjoy the city. If you need to make a choice between the city center and the airport surroundings I would definitely go for this hotel, cozy and elegant.

The place looks like in the photos. Soo we can’t complain about how it looks, but we didnt liked how it looks, very very old. But i have to say, all very very clean, the people ther are very nice and helping. And when we were they had problem with wifi and hot water. Soo i dont knew if they fix it already????

It’s a lovely hotel to stay! Near bus stations, room is clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful! I wish to stay at this hotel again! ????????????
