I have been to so many hairdressers in Geneva and now only go to this one since I found it 2 years ago!
Anais is the only person I trust with my hair - she is truly fantastic at getting my ballayage perfect - I've even had people comment and ask me where I get my hair done. Always professional, and always listens to what I want from colour to cut - never been disappointed. I'm so picky with my blonde hair - if you want the best ballayage and cut in town, go here and ask for Anais!

Very bad hair coloring experience. The lady who was supposed to take care of my hair did not inform me about the effects of my color choice on my hair and the result achieved had nothing to do with what I wanted nor what I had asked for (a natural - balayage color to be consistent with my hair and left with a full dark black hair...) I went back the day after to get it fixed but it was again done with very poor results in terms of technique and my hair looks terrible. I have basically spent my weekend trying to get my hair color done and refixed with the negative impact of chemicals on it while paying 265 CHF! Crazy! I would not recommend it.

A chaque fois je demande à avoir Anissa. C’est très important pour moi de savoir que je vais être coiffée avec une personne qui sait démêler les cheveux comme les miens. J’adore le fait qu’elle prenne le temps de savoir exactement ce que je veux et qu’elle m’explique ce qui est réalisable avec mon type de cheveux (cheveux très long et bouclés). On sent qu’elle maîtrise le sujet. Le bonus: elle vous masse la tête lors du shampoing, un vrai bonheur!

Soin exceptionnel des cheveux et compréhension du besoin exact du client. C’est la premiere fois que je retourne sans hésiter, sans peur d’être déçue.
Je recommande Anissa toujours à l’écoute, extrêmement professionnelle, super technicienne au grand sens de ce qui va et qui embellit.

Mon salon préféré ! Le service est excellent, le salon est grand, les fauteuils sont bien espacés et il y a rarement plus de deux clientes à la fois. L'atmosphère est très calme et se faire coiffer est un vrai plaisir. Heidi est merveilleuse, que ce soit pour une coupe, un brushing ou une coiffure de soirée, j'en suis toujours ressortie très satisfaite ! Je la recommande !

Un service simultanément très professionnel et chaleureux, dans un cadre spacieux et relaxant, à l’écoute de vos souhaits tout en proposant des suggestions bien senties. Le souci du détail a été démontré et l’expérience s’est ressentie. Une expérience à réitérer et que je recommande (Pour une coupe homme, demandez Heidi).
