Dishonest approach, terrible service and rude, complacent agents. Ruined our honeymoon.

We had our wedding list with Delta Voyages. It was so badly designed that we had to help seven of our guests to log in ( including French speaking Swiss invitees). We don't know how many others were also affected, but site also made it impossible for several friends to pay their donations.

The incompetent and rude agent ignored all our requirements and tried to sell us a holiday at twice our budget, got the dates wrong and then, when we changed the plans to actually fit our requirements, they refused to book us into the nicer hotels, that we found, because they might lose their commission.

Once we complained they charged us for their time and terminated our service!

Rip-off company with no customer focus or attention, desperately seating for every chance to maximise their commission at your expense. We would never use them again.

Delta Voyage a sauvé le voyage de mon fils en 6 heures de travail acharné.
Sans eux 3 semaines de vacances tombaient à l’eau.
Service et aide fantastiques.

Voyage nul.retard d avion service repas à revoir pas assez de déjeuners et raté la correspondance.premuere et derniere fois cette Cie pour un groupe de 30
