Sidonie is an extremely knowledgeable, warm-hearted and friendly professional who truly cares about her patients, being always available for questions or concerns. Thanks to her holistic approach I was not only able to reach my primary goal (weight loss - 6kg in 5 months), but also to increase my overall life quality (better sleep, better digestion etc). The approach Sidonie uses to help her clients lose weight is changing their eating habits, which is more sustainable and healthy than a radical diet with quick results. Moreover, Sidonie is fluent in English, French and German (at least!) and therefore able to coach you in the language you are most comfortable with. I can also highly recommend her family constellation therapy. A big THANK YOU for the positive impact you had on my life, Sidonie!!

Sidonie is a great nutritionist. In two months of treatment, I cleansed my body and mind, and, as a result, I have already lost 7 kg. Her method is not to impose hard diets or to hunger. Her method is to apply structure to what you eat, and to learn how to eat healthy and yummy for life, not for 10 days. The changes that I have made thanks to her advice have helped me to think faster, be more positive, and feel better inside and outside. I also feel less irritable and I feel that I am a better towards the people surrounding me. I can only recommend her.

Sidonie is a great nutrition coach and has an amazing personality. She has helped me lose 12 kg in 4 months by eating healthy and making the right food combinations - that's all! I have managed to keep my weight under control ever since by simply following her eating principles. Definitely the best experience.

Ma rencontre avec Sidonie fut une très belle surprise. Tout d'abord, son approche holistique est extrêmement intéressante et permet d'en apprendre beaucoup sur nous-mêmes. Ensuite, ses conseils changent fondamentalement notre vie, du moment que nous sommes prêts à nous investir personnellement dans cette voie.
