Having stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, I can attest to its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location is truly fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions. Throughout my stays, I consistently received excellent service from the staff. However, one minor drawback I encountered was the room assignment, as each time I was given a room that overlooked other rooms, necessitating the need to keep the curtains closed for privacy. It was disappointing considering the hotel's potential for offering a breathtaking lake view. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and exceptional service provided.

2 night stay with my husband in this wonderful hotel. Service is first class. Breakfast is up there with the best we have had. Location wonderful, overlooking the lake. We used the pool for a swim which was amazing. Highly recommend

Over all, a very good hotel well maintained.
I liked the breakfast (service, atmosphere, choices and the view).
Air-condition is very good in the room but bellow average in public areas.
Reception staff is good (even the trainees).
Housekeeping staff are good and polite.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont hotel in Geneva, and I must say, it was an absolutely exceptional experience. From start to finish, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of amazing.

The hotel itself is stunning, with a grand and elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

But it was the staff that truly made my stay so special. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Whether it was the front desk, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a truly memorable stay.

Speaking of the restaurants, the food was simply incredible. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the exquisite dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant, every meal was a feast for the senses, with impeccable presentation and exquisite flavors.

And let's not forget about the location. The hotel is situated right on the banks of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the water and the surrounding mountains. It's the perfect location for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay, and the proximity to the city center and other attractions makes it a convenient and ideal base for exploring Geneva.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Fairmont hotel in Geneva highly enough. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, with luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and breathtaking surroundings, look no further than the Fairmont. It truly exceeded all of my expectations, and I can't wait to return.

Very high standards. Rooms are tastefully decorated and room service is particularly good. Breakfast with white tablecloth, silver cutlery and an amazing view of Lake Geneva and the jet d'eau is beyond delightful. BTW- If you are there on a weekend and you feel like some clubbing just go downstairs - it happens to be one of the best clubs in town.

The hotel is beautiful located right in front of the Lac Leman! Rooms are good size for upto a couple, very clean, great toiletries products and highly friendly service! Definitely one of the best hotels in town, hands down!

Location and staff were great. Food in restaurants very good too.
Three disappointing things for me. The hotel wifi was poor, when I tried to watch movies in my room the system didn’t work (technician came, very nice guy) but couldn’t fix problem , it was never fixed even though I complained regularly. (It seems it is a known problem).
The other problem was the outside appearance of the hotel, it is shabby looking and several pieces of external cladding were missing.
I was really not as impressed. I have stayed in other 5star hotels in Switzerland and my stay at the Fairmount Grand really did not match my other experiences at all.

The Fairmont Hotel Geneva is simply extraordinary. I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and my experience went beyond what I could have hoped for. From the moment I entered the hotel I was warmly welcomed and taken to a stunning room. Every detail of my stay was impeccably tended to and thought of. nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. The facilities provided, from the spa to the swimming pool, and from the exquisite restaurants to the exquisite room service made my stay completely memorable. The commitment to excellence and attention to detail evident in the staff and amenities truly made me feel like I was part of a very special experience. I would highly recommend a stay at the Fairmont Hotel Geneva for anyone wishing to be truly pampered and to have the highest standards of service.
