My appointment was at 9:30, I was waiting for the doctor for 25 minutes, then she came and invited me to her cabinet where I was sitting again for 10 minutes, because she left. When she came back I asked her if she speaks English, she said no (but when I made an appointment I said that I need an English speaking doctor), so she said that she will go and found someone who can translate. She left again. Finally my patience has run out and I left. Almost 45 minutes of wasted time and total unprofessionalism. Thank you.

A very satisfying experience. Nurses and all at the clinique are very welcoming and pleasant. Doctor Ramosaj Mulaj Ryve is just a wonderful dermatologist! She is very kind and gentle with kids too! Thank you so much!!

It's not the place where you will be given a helpful, professional advise.
I came to the clinique in order to do 24 séances of Emsculpt.
General impression, clinique with very cold, inhospitable atmosphere.
At my very first visit, i was surprised not being asked about what exactly i wish to achieve by doing this procedure or advised a consultaton before paying a bill of 3750 chf.
The only thing they gave me it was a list of paper where they refused to take any responsibility in case of negative results. I should've been alerted by this but i have continued.
It became clear to me, after i've done already four sessions, that it will not bring the results which i was hoping to achieve, but i continued because there was no way back and the bill had to be payed in any case.
Emscalpt has had no effect on my contours!
Waste of time and money!!! Disappointing experience!
Never again i will go there or especially recommend to somebody!

Amazing English speaking staff and efficient, immediate appointment for my skin allergies (face and body). Dr Raymond’s prescription cured me in literally a day! So grateful for this lifesaver clinic. Won’t be going anywhere else for skin help.

C’est un lieu très propre avec un personnel soigné. Je suis tombée sur une doctoresse très limite. Francais extrêmement mauvais je ne comprenais rien, 0 efforts de sa part. Elle n’avait clairement pas d’importance pour mon cas. J’ai effectué une prise de sang ou on devait me rappeler pour le suivi, je peux toujours attendre malgré après avoir relancer. De l’argent jeté par la fenêtre. Je déconseille de part un manque de professionnalisme.

Bonjour. Malheureusement mon expérience n'a pas été bonne avec la clinique, j'ai dépensé de l'argent pour faire un traitement, j'ai fait l'abonnement pour entendre de la part du médecin que le service qu'ils offrent n'a aucune garantie de fonctionnement et que si je voulais voir un certain résultat devrait payer le double de la somme pour faire cette tentative. quand nous lisons les traitements dans la brochure cette information n'est pas là.
Ma femme a également fait un traitement dermatologique qui n'a donné aucun résultat. Je crois que la clinique a de bons professionnels mais j'aimerais qu'ils soient plus clairs lorsqu'ils proposent quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas. Ayez plus de respect pour les clients, car si les gens cherchent leurs traitements c'est pour améliorer quelque chose dans leur vie et non pour repartir encore plus déçus.

Très mauvaise expérience avec la dre. Reymond qui m’a méprisé, car j’étais en situation de précarité et tentais de me faire soigner et me renseigner sur des soins esthétiques, comme j’étais dans la précarité, je n’y avais pas droit selon elle !

Mauvaise communication entre le secrétariat et les médecins et c’est moi qui en paie les frais, vraiment pas pro! Et cette doctoresse Reymond, la discrimination c’est pas beaux moi ça me fait mal aux ventre, c’est très dommage j’étais prête à dépenser beaucoup dans cette clinique! Nul!
