I have been coming here off and on for a couple of years now and have found them to have consistently good service.

I recently dropped my bike in for its first service, well overdue after 7,000km. They had a fair amount of work to do, including replacement of some key components, but still managed to get the bike ready the same afternoon. Bike runs like new again, and they even cleaned it. Can only recommend the mechanics.

Generally a good shop with nice, helpful staff. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my full bike service. The rimbrakes were dragging and the rear derailleur wasn't working as I would have expected from a professional mechanic. When I mentioned these problems to one of the mechanics, he was not very helpful and I ended up having to get the problems fixed in another bike shop.

Super service. I bought a time trial bike at another Ciclissimo shop and made the bike fit there. Fred took the time to explain what he was doing and provided me with useful insider pro tips. Highly recommanded.

Finding great customer service is rare, and I must say Charlie has hit the spot on numerous occassions. After having difficulties finding a place to fix my bike for over a year, Charlie finally did! I’ve never witnessed anyone pay such great attention to details. But on top of that, he is also able to transmit his passion and make sure you leave his store happy. Not only did he and Leo fix my bike, but also went that extra mile to clean it. They took the time to run things through with me to make sure all issues are resolved before I leave the store.

Name a place like that in the area? This is professionalism and passion

I received really good service from Charly today, in the Cointrin store. My tyres simply needed air, however, I had assumed there was a puncture. Charly checked the bike over, pumped up the tyres and tightened a few parts to ensure it was safe for me to continue to ride, and didn't charge me at all for this service. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here in future, it is so nice to receive such honest and genuine kindness and service in Geneva.

The store is a hidden gem for cyclist with the potential to be the place to go for cyclist if they incorporate a coffee/beer bar. Excellent customer service by Fabrice
