Very long to deliver the merchandise and those not give feedback or information regarding the delivery of your ordered product. You must call them or write to them each time to have some information.

The first meeting they canceled 2 min prior the rendez-vous at Geneva and tell me that I had to go all the way to Nyon to see the merchandise.
I have been waiting for months to receive a product whilst a ordering at a competitor I receive the item in 2 weeks.

Le service technique est bon, le service administratif est acceptable, le service de livraison est très lent/long (des semaines de retard) et le service après-vente est terriblement mauvais! Très déçu par le responsable à Nyon.
