Absolute nightmare. They have been holding my security deposit for four months despite a new tenant being in my old apartment (and furnishing his own security deposit for the same apartment) for as long.

They rarely respond to calls or emails and are completely absentee in fixing anything wrong in the apartment or building. Useless. Avoid apartments managed by them if you can.

A la recherche d'un appartement depuis un certain temps, et connaissant la difficulté du marché Genevois, j'ai été très peu aidé voir pas du tout dans de nombreuses régies Genevoise. Seule la régie Brun m'a apporté son aide. Enfin une régie humaine. Grand merci au standardiste du service location, qui a prit le temps de me conseiller et m'aiguiller dans mes recherches.

100% bien.c'est ma régie depuis 23 ans, j'ai toujours été bien reçue que ce soit au bureau ou au téléphone. J'ai eu un problème d'électricité un vendredi vers 16:00,
le service concerné de la régie m'a envoyé une entreprise pour régler le problème tout de suite afin que je ne pas le week-end dans l'obscurité .
