I was very surprised how good the dessert are in this Breitling boutique. The decorations are very unique too!

Unable to repair their own watches in a timely manner. I brought in an Emergency and it took them two weeks just to tell me they can't repair it at the moment without even proposing a date when it would be repaired.

Amazing customer service by Axel. We had a nice chat about aviation and watchmaking while enjoying a fresh drink and trying a few watches. His level of historical and technical knowledge truly impressed me. He spoke about each watch piece with so much detail and passion. I left the store knowing a bit more about Breitling. I felt very welcomed, considered and respected as a human, which is always nice when going into those higher-end luxury stores. I definitely recommend. Thank you!

While traveling, I brought my Aerospace in for a simple battery change since this was one of the few Boutiques that does in house repairs. A few hours later the entire LCD quit working and the display pooled. Unfortunately I did not have the travel time to return to the boutique and sent it into the Service Center for evaluation with all the Boutique receipts. Now Breitling wants to charge me over $600 to repair the damage made at the Boutique as battery changes are not covered by warranty. Do not take your watch to this facility and it is a shame that Breitling will not honor their work or product. This is now the second time the LCD has required full service. I would not recommend this model or store.

Hi all,
I just went in to pick up an order that had been shipped from a different store in Switzerland.
So it should've been an easy and nice interaction, but it was NOT.
I can tell from my sales experience that this was the worst in and out interaction that you can have.
So as followed from the sales man part:
-I wasn't greet properly
-he hasn't asked for my name so he can check if he has my order
-the man hasn't presented himself so I can't tell you his name
-first he told me that the watch hasn't arrived but after I insisted he managed to find it
-he hasn't offered me a bag so I had to ask for one
-he did not to tried to upsell me, I needed an extra strap but I decided not to bring it up.
Hopefully the new owners of the brand will invest in some customer care and sales courses.
Basically I felt like an intruder and I felt the need to get out as quickly as possible.
To end a positive note the shop is nice and clean.

Great boutique and always a pleasure to visit. The staff is professional, welcoming and have good product knowledge.

Well. Was totally ready to pick up a Breitling. About 2 pm on Monday. Observed a single clerk. He disappeared. Of course the door is locked. I waited 5 minutes, no joy.

Perhaps it would have been a wonderful experience, perhaps not.

Not a diss on Breitling, just that location.
