Pour 3 raisons:
1. La coop fait mieux niveaux pains/croissant/pain au choc. Ce qui est assez honteux pour une boulangerie.
2. Niveau hygiène pas top non plus quand l’employé prend l’argent et les pâtisseries avec la même main… si on a pas un niveau d’hygiène minimum, on pourrait même se demander si les mains sont bien lavées après être passé au WC…
3. Le client est obligé d’acheter pour minimum 10.- pour pouvoir payer avec une carte. Je ne connais aucune boulangerie qui fait cela…
J’irai re-tester dans quelques années pour voir si ça s’est amélioré. Entre temps, les dimanches je vais toujours à Mage qui se trouve de l’autre coté de la ville…
