We had some short term issues with the gear of our bike, just the day before L‘Etape du Tour and just 30min before the Store closed. People there has been super Helpful and fixed our problems super fast for a Super fair price - thanks a lot for your help!!!

Really bad. I took an appointment explaining my problem (changing a tire) and the type of bike I had. They told it would not have not been a problem. The appointment was 10 days after. When I went for the appointment, I was told "Sorry, we realize we cannot change the tire of your bike". They had my phone number and they could have warn me earlier instead of wasting my time. Really unprofessional.

We were stuck in Geneva with a broken pannier rack while on a cycle touring trip, these guys were super helpful and managed to get us back on the road the same day. Brilliant service and expertise. Highly recommended.

Probably one of the worst customer experience I ever had. I bought a new bike there, quite expensive and had a major failure after 2 months which made me fall because it had not been properly prepared. No excuses from the store manager, had to wait 2 days to get the bike back and no commercial action to compensate. Service wise I experimented excactly the same and would absoltuely recommend to avoid this place.

Excellent shop, sound advice and a good selection bikes. Also to be recommended are the Sunday rides: Great group with a very good level and and easier group if wanted.

Bike Passion do everything from selling gimmicky chopper bikes and professional racers to regular servicing (weekdays only, CHF79).

The staff seem to know what they're doing, and aren't overly condescending as is often the case in bike shops.

Sloppy, unreliable and overpriced. I should have done it myself and not only could have saved money but probably would have done a better job. Stay clear!
