Very close to tram Station and approx 2 km from city centre. Super market migros is just next to hotel. Perfect stay for a short vacation. Only entrance is not good. Door security code not working and no elevator only stairs.

To the manager of Hotel…

Your hotel service and the conduct of its employees leaves much to be desired.

One of the receptionists in her 40s begged, nagged and repeatedly asked to borrow our personal belongings like a cheeky beggar. She showed us her kids in order to gain pity from us. She claimed it can be hard getting a salary/or illicit earning in Geneva! Shame on her.

In addition to this, her performance was poorly organized and uncoordinated, I felt uncomfortable and confused as we were in a slum without endangering ourselves. WE understand that you as managers want this information so you can improve service, and we receive a refund for our stay as compensation.

One of the most dismal rooms I have ever stayed in. Lit by bare bulbs, this is the sort of place your friend’s dad stays at after his wife kicked him out. Certainly not worth 127 euros. Wifi works though.

Correction, WiFi doesn’t work either.

Experiencia muy buena. Calidad precio de 10. El apartamento más sencillo bien equipado y con supermercado al lado. Hay buses para moverte por la ciudad a 5 minutos. De todos modos, te puedes mover a muchos lados andando. Nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde.

Estuve durante 3 noches en junio de 2022 y la verdad que fue una muy buena experiencia. La atención de Debora fue muy buena. Puede incluso quedarme mas tarde a realizar el checkout ya que no tenían nadie ese día. Fueron muy cordiales y el departamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación es buena ya que hay varios buses cerca para ir a todos lados. Muy buena relacion precio/calidad.

Cet hébergement m'a beaucoup surpris. Je l'ai choisi en raison de son emplacement, ce qui est excellent pour ceux qui ont besoin d'aller aux HUG. Il se trouve dans une petite rue, dans un immeuble ancien, mais entièrement rénové. Je suis resté au dernier étage, dans une grande pièce bien éclairée. Tout cela est très bien meublé, propre et moderne. La salle de bain est excellente, tout comme les articles de toilette. Il a du café et du thé à disposition et tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer votre repas. Dans la rue, il y a une cafétéria et un restaurant, si le client préfère manger quelque chose de différent. Le service était par téléphone car la réception n'est pas ouverte 24h / 24, mais j'ai été très bien répondu par téléphone. Ils ont laissé les clés et tous les conseils nécessaires.

Ein Teil des Personals, speziell an der Rezeption legen kein gutes Benehmen an den Tag. Man fühlt sich unwohl.
Das war mein erster & letzter Besuch in diesem Haus.
