I bought Indian natural hair for a high price and they insured me that the quality is high. Unfortunately the hair started to detanlge and to shed a lot only a day after using it! This should not happen with high quality hair! So I went back to the shop and explained it to them. For my surprise the shop employee and the male shop owner were very disrespectful and not understanding they tried to find the fault with me, which is impossible since I am experienced in hair extensions for many years and I know exactly how to take care of it! Most importantly I came I only came back to the shop 4 days after using it! Instead of seeing a problem with their hair they made me fill out a complaint sheet with thousands of questions, after filling it out there were no security to get my money back! After a discussion and coming back to the shop a second time( very time wasting) I finally got my money back even the male shop owner was very disrespectful and has no clue of what customer service looks like. He is a real unprofessional and spoke a ban of entering the shop out. He is so ridiculous, did he really think I would come back to a disrespectful and unprofessional shop like this again???
Never ever !!!!!! One star is to much they deserve no stars at all!
