Vintage hotel but well maintained and very clean. Lots of little details that compensate for the old style, like toiletries, air conditioning in the room, good wifi and EV charger in the garage.

The breakfast was also very good.

Everything in the hotel feels artisanal and family managed. Nothing "corporate". It was a refreshing change of air.

I’ve stayed here the last few visits to Geneva. The location is very easily accessed with much around.

The family who runs the hotel is super. Antonio is a kind person who goes the extra mile. His sons are very helpful and caring as well.

The environment is retro yet also not. Super cool feeling here. I look forward to my next stay!

You can ask in any language about 5 times for anything until (and then IF ... ) you get it.
Most un-flexible reservations / renouncing policies are in force.
No heating AT ALL, 'nothing can be done', etc., etc.

A far-cry from what one might expect at these rates - even for Geneva. Most of all, I missed the centuries-old Swiss hospitality.

I have stayed here twice in the past month and will stay here again on a couple of weeks.

If you don’t “need” to be by the lake, or need to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel, then you should definitely consider this hotel.

The rooms are large, clean and well furnished, with an “old world” charm.

This is not a fancy/glitzy hotel. But it is a fantastic 3 star hotel.

A charming small-scale hotel in the lively neighbourhood of Plainpalais. I usually prefer a more modern decor, but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and beds. Although the hotel is near to dozens of nice restaurants and bars it is located in a quiet street, so you can have a good night’s sleep. The owner is one of the nicest and most accomocating persons I have met. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if I come back to Geneva!

There was a certain charm this hotel has. Some people may call it out dated, however I find the retro vibe to be warming. Remind me of my continuous travel back in the 90s. Room are clean and staff was generally warm and friendly. I also like the music playing in the common area. Makes you feel like your in a John Wicks movie.

Hotel with a decoration from the 70's but which is kept in a good shape. All personnel is very friendly, specially Mr Antonio, who tries to make you feel at home. Rooms are very big even the carpet has a bit of old smell. Breakfast is good and with good variety, even quality of bakery could be improved. Overall, good price / quality relation for Geneva standards.

Stayed in the hotel for over a week, everything was great. The room was super clean and spacious, it's fully equiped with the air conditioning, mini bar, kettle for your coffee and tea, large smart TV you can connect to the internet and watch Youtube or Netflix. The bed was large and super comfortable, the same as in 5* hotels, so i was geniuenly surprised. Possibility of breakfast to the room is much longer than in other hotels, which is perfect for a person who wakes up just before noon like me. And the staff was really nice and friendly, which often isn't the case in many other hotels. I'm sure i'll be coming here again :)
