I find it very correct to hang big pictures at the entrance and in the dressing rooms that the entrance to the training area is only in clean indoor shoes, for those who do not read the texts. It is very unpleasant sometimes see people in sneakers with dirty soles, especially in collective courses, where we lie on the floor a lot.

I recently went in for a trial session but I was refused entry by an aged manager because I was 1 minute late. His behaviour (especially towards a new customer) was appalling! Some of the terms and conditions were not explained to me earlier such as bringing extra pair of indoor shoes and he kept blaming me about not researching properly despite having a proper induction and tour of the facility for 30 minutes the week before with him and one of his team member to avoid this kind of situation. I took my time asking all the questions that I wanted to know, and kept asking if there’s anything else I should know before the trial session. This kind of behaviour is not expected from a gym like this especially from the manager.

great place to work out, friendly staff , not crowded and friendly patrons too, and if you've got kids you cannot leave at home there is a kids corner for them.

Rien à dire sur le personnel, et la salle propre.

La seule chose à redire c’est les horaires, pourquoi le jeudi et le vendredi ouvrir à 9h alors que au lundi à mercredi c’est 7h?

Ça serait bien que le jeudi et vendredi ouvrir à 7h aussi beaucoup plus pratique.
