Amazing customer service, quick and easy for Rasta, we go for rabies vaccine and worming tablets, the rabies is valid for 3years.

Highly recommended. Professional, helpful, and prompt service. I had a few back and forth emails with them to check if they are able to do Health Certificates for Export (as I’m traveling from overseas to Switzerland with my dog) - they were patient, and helpful throughout the process. It was important that the paperwork gets certification from an Official Government Veterinarian (which is different from a government-approved veterinarian). One of the clinic’s owners, Dr Odermatt is BOTH a government-approved veterinarian, and also works part-time for the government. This is very helpful for those traveling with dogs who need such documentation done. Dr Odermatt was also a pleasure to be around. He’s easy-going, experienced, and works swiftly. We had to call their emergency number on Christmas Eve for our dogs saw paw, and they rushed an emergency vet to the clinic at 20:00 to see us.

Fantastic service, the Vet spoke excellent English and didn't recommend unnecessary expensive procedures. The full cost was half of what we expected, and our dog was back to normal with a couple days.

Can't recommend enough, wish we had this vet in London!
