I had this company come out and treat the home for spiders and general pests. It was close to 600chf for the entire year and I specifically asked if this covered everything. The technician assured me that everything was covered for a year. A week later we had ants come into our home so I called back. They told me that they could come back but it would be b/t 300chf and 500chf for them to come treat for ants. I refused and the lady hung up on me. This company is fraudulent, ineffective and disrespectful. The technician saw Americans with a nice home and over charged us. The company took advantage and will now, not honor the commitment they made to me.

Wer einen kompetenten Service und ein sehr faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis möchte, dem kann ich GREENPEST wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Offerte und Einschätzung des Befalls, sowie die rasche Erledigung war professionell, sehr freundlich und keine meiner Fragen blieb unbeantwortet. Einfach Top!

Nach meinem Urlaub glaubte ich aufgrund div. Symptomen, Bettwanzen nach Hause gebracht zu haben. Daher setzte ich mich telefonisch mit Green Pest GmbH in Kontakt und wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit sehr ausführlich beraten.
Ich habe die Ratschläge umgesetzt und so gemerkt, dass ich kein Schädlingsproblem habe.
Die Green Pest GmbH hat mich mit dieser guten und vor allem ehrlichen Beratung (wofür mir übrigens nichts in Rechnung gestellt wurde!) sehr positiv überrascht, hier wird Freundlichkeit, Kundenservice sowie Fachkompetenz hoch geschrieben!
