Very professional and friendly staff who helped us through the whole process of buying a hot-tub. We had the opportunity to try two hot-tubs in theirs shop and get all the technical information we needed. Alexander came to our apartment to check the balcony where we were planning to install the hot-tub and organized the transportation (quite difficult since it required a track transportation and an helicopter.) The day of the installation, everything went fine and after a couple of hours the tub was perfectly installed at the right place and we received instructions on how to properly take care of the water. We are very happy of the service we received and we warmly recommend Mathys.

Ich habe eine Wasserbar/Osmoseanlage für sauberes Wasser erworben. Das Produkt ist absolut top und optisch sehr schön. Die Beratung lies keine Wünsche offen und ich wurde freundlich wie auch fachkundig beraten. Ich kann das Produkt und die Mathys AG 100% weiter empfehlen. Gesundheit, Wellness und Professionalität in einem!

Die Osmoseanlage ist einfach top und genauso einfach zu bedienen. Das ist meine beste Investition in diesem Jahr und kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
