Old house, you hear pretty much every step in the corridors. Walls are out of wood, so you'll hear your neighbours easily. But the beds are comfortable, good enough for a week. Pillows are horrible, basically nonexistent. Bring your own. Bathroom is clean and big enough for one person. All in all its good for a couple nights, given that you wont spend a lot of time there. The rooms really arent that pretty. 4/5 since its also in a good location.

You get a lake view and proximity to restaurants and bar.

No kettle
No safety box
No elevator
Rooms smell bad
Tiny tiny bathroom

Expensive and for sure not value for money

Have enough facilities..In the house..Near to the bus stop.but in weekends bus frequency is less there

Este hotel está em fase de mudança de gerente. Vai por certo melhorar muito com as reformas feitas. Está extremamente bem localizado, é um hotel típico da região. Podemos apanhar o Barco que faz o lago de thun a apenas 30mts.

Die Reservation klappte online hervorragend, die Lage und deren Aussicht auf den See sind einzigartig, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und informativ, obschon die Lady grad am Herunterwischen des Treppenhauses gestört wurde. Nun, jemand muss das ja machen und wenn Personal fehlt, hat eben die Chefin den Besen in der Hand.
Das sind die 3 Sterne, die ich zu vergeben habe. Warum nicht mehr?
Nun, im Zimmer war keine Ersatz WC-Rolle, die bei Bedarf (und der war da) hätte gewechselt werden können. Beim Öffnen des Toilettenfensters, flogen mir Spinnweben entgegen. Genauso auf dem Balkon und auch sonst lässt die Sauberkeit arg zu wünschen übrig.
Für eine Nacht okay. Aber irgendwann kann auch die beste Seesicht und der freundlichste Empfang, die anderen Defizite nicht mehr wett machen.
