Very bad experience. I bought a breastfeeding cushion that they told me I could return. They have not accepted the return (71 chf) saying it was used and it smelled sweat which was totally false as it was not used at all. I won’t be back as this is not a good customer service.

Visited this shop sometime between July 2017 and February 2018. Shop was pretty big with a large variety of wares, however we did not find the items we came for. Shop access was rather strange IRT finding the building, car parking and finding the lift. Not a pleasant building! The nearby works probably made the situation worse than usual.

Great products for your newborn little one. Pricing is ok especially if you get their fidelity card.
