Really helpful and great service. I wanted a commuter bike and hadn't cycled in the past 10 years and they helped me with everything in English. Thanks very much to all and to Jacob specifically!

Had my bike for service here. It was so greased up and dirty they took an extra day to fix it and now it rides really well(120chf service turned into 250chf)
My impression is that they juuust about medium priced but the work they do is proper.
