Asians have separate breakfast where as more variety breakfast is avilable for other nationals.Boiled eggs were overcooked on the first day which was corrected in the following two days. Night duty receptionist was really helpful who helped to improve the quality of food. Jasmine also helped to start the cooling system and helped to start the television which was not functioning in the1st day. Toilet is a bit congested but clean rooms.

Cannot switch off the room lights from the bed side switches. Instead have to switch off the main switch! So weird! No free wifi especially for travellers coming from outside Europe and who doesn’t have roaming. Bathrooms too cramped. No bed coffee or tea for group stay! They say we are Cave people who doesnt know to operate a switch. So arrogant! So group travellers just stay away! Not recommended for a stay.

Had the Worst expierence
No house keeping and the reciponist is very rude
She will hang of the phone saying i cant do anything for any query we ask

In its 3* category, this hotel deserves 5 Google stars. Rooms seem to be renovated. Very clean. Service at reception is perfect. Breakfast is nice. The bed was very comfortable and the price ok for Zurich area. Nice restaurants around too.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Staffs are super nice and the hotel is close to station and supermarket.
5 mins walk to Dietikon downtown for restaurants and food.

The down points I think is the wifi speed (download around 10M and upload less than 1M) and the lack of refrigerator.
