I call them and politely ask if they mind if I spoke English as my German is not the strongest yet.
The guy on the phone says in German "I am in Switzerland.". I start to reply that "Well, me too, and I have a job for you..." when the guy says "Here we speak Swiss German, and you should too...".
He could have just said that "Sorry, no, I don't speak English.", but he decided to be a jerk. I am taking my business elsewhere, and I will avoid this company in the future at all cost.
