We had a great stay here for the weekend. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bedroom had loads of hooks and storage etc that make your life easier and so many places miss. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evening facing the mountains. Real double bed and duvet was a rare treat. All the staff were very friendly and kind. We really appreciated that they let us back into our room after checkout to shower after a day mountain biking before the journey home.

amazing views and location.
interior and rooms a little oldish but okay
unfortunately you can hear everything in the rooms, including early waked up guests etc.
elevator works but I would recommend to go on stairs :D
Breakfast good but be there before 9am!

I loved this place. Nice hotel with a rustic nature overlooking the nature. The breakfast is good. The croissants are very tasty. The staff is very friendly

Amazing views, the staff were very helpful, breakfast had a decent selection. I liked the retro style of the hotel itself. About a kilometre walk to restaurants and supermarket

Retro 80’s and I loved it. The hotel has its charm so don’t go with the expectation of a super modern hotel. Breakfast was great, rooms are clean and staff was friendly! Take it easy and feel at home!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Not 5 star but best value for the money. I spend a week with my wife and daughter we had wonderful time. Good food. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very disappointed in our hotel choice. If you come for skiing - don’t stay in this hotel. In the evening the bus to reach it never keeps to schedule, people have to wait for even 2 hours or walk 2km back. And after a ski day that’s a struggle. Secondly, there’s no ski shoes drier, everything stays moist and cold for the next day. And thirdly, if you go to a ski resort and think that after a day up in the mountains you’d like to chill in the hotels sauna - think again. Every entrance costs 15 chf! It doesn’t matter that your a hotel guest and already paid for staying in the hotel. It’s nice they don’t charge for parking or ski equipment room.

And lastly, the staff. It’s rare to see such not welcoming people in Valais canton. The receptionist can’t take her eyes from her phone when you say Good morning, not even mentioning responding.

Thé LUXE room has a vifs of 1960s with its deco. The balcony gave magnificent views, but don’t be fooled by such promises as you’re gonna get them everywhere in Crans Montana.

Very cosy hotel with a wonderful service, located in 400 m from the closest telecabine. Some renovation works are needed, though, to bring the rooms to the modern standards. Also, additional charges for sauna and gym are understood - but wouldn’t it be easier to include these charges into the initial hotel price?
