Superb customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with Sara. Sara greeted me with a smile and a very welcoming attitude. She helped answered all my questions about my desired Rolex watch. Due to the high demand, Sara offered to place me on a waiting list (which is very rare based on my past experience). I trust Sara and the Bucherer team will do their best to quickly find me my desired watch. I 100% recommend this Bucherer shop due to the excellence in customer service and willingness to make business a pleasant experience.

Thanks to the Bucherer-Team.

In this year I was happy to got the chance to purchase here 3 of my favorite watches. Since there is a long way to round up my collection, I hope to get some more watches during the next months from Bucherer in Crans-Montana.

The SA in the shop is very friendly which i appreciate. I had passed by the shop twice to check on rings and finally decided which one I wanted. The SA was very helpful. However, what happened to us today was not professional towards their clients at all and it really upset me. I came with my fiancé to order the pair of wedding ring that we like today. And we were asked to come back in 40 minutes. And i understood the measure that they have to take because of the situation right now. So we went back home and came back to the shop 40 minutes later and the lady still did not allow us in the shop because there was another clients that came in between. Our place should be reserved to enter the store since she told us to come back in 40 minutes or we could have waited for 15 minutes outside the shop the first time we came, it would not have bothered us. We even asked if we should set an appointment for later today and she told us that it was not necessary. What a big JOKE. Because of this incident, i would not even consider to buy from Bucherer anymore. It is our time wasted for nothing to come twice to the shop, we wasted 20 minutes on the route and also two parking fees for nothing. I thought i could be a loyal client to Bucherer since my family loves watches but what happened today has changed my mind.

Un grand bravo à Sara pour son professionnalisme, son sérieux et sa grande sympathie. Elle m'a permis de réaliser mes plus beaux rêves et mes plus belles surprises. Une belle boutique où on s'y sent bien. A recommander.

Excellente expérience client au sein de la boutique Bucherer de Crans Montana. Un accueil et un suivi particulièrement attentionnés de la part de Sara C., que je remercie vivement pour son professionnalisme et sa sympathie. Sara C. a exaucé mon souhait à l’occasion d’un événement spécial.

Toujours bien accueilli, c’est un magasin dans lequel on se sent bien.
Une petite préférence pour Sara et Julia mais cela n’engage que moi.

Sono stata ieri con la mia famiglia ero interessata ad uno orologio ma il signore aveva detto che nessun orologio in tutto il negozio era in vendita !!!!!non ci ha fatto neanche sedere che sembrava che si voleva liberare di noi! Pessimo servizio e sono molto delusa dallo staff
