Dave could not be more helpful. Rear brake failed pulling to the bar. He took it to his workshop dropping me off at my Campervan the other end of town. Sometimes in life the stars align and delivery an angel. ????????????????

Dave is my go to guy here in Crans-Montana anything sports. If Snowboard, ski, biking or other related sports activities, he is impeccable concerning his advice, super helpful and himself an athlete (I think Snowboarder and now skydiver). I really enjoy each time I can come to his shop and discuss what I need, which can be often quite specific.
Funnily to add he can also share a lot of background information concerning delivery times or repair technicalities (concerning e-bikes, which I don't ride). Which means he is really savvy, as is his team.
Also he can give great recommendations for trips and other shops within Valais (he recommended Neige Aventure Nendaz to me)

The best boarding/skiing/Biking what ever you want to do in the mountain, shop in Crans-Montana. A while back they sorted my wife out with excellent ski boots and safety gear, and this week they serviced my snowboard fixing all the scratches (there where a lot of deep scratches and it's super smooth now). It's a shop run by, managed by and staffed by, people who love to ski, snowboard, tour and mountain bike... not to mention, I've had friends renting from them, and because they are run and staffed by people who enjoy their sports, my friends where equipped with the correct skis and boards matching their abilities and this meant they really enjoyed themselves on the mountain, instead of getting the usual generic rental equipment.

Seem like nice people but the quality of their rental equipment & price are very uncompetitive.
