This 'business' (scam) called us and asked if we want to receive a free gift. We said no, they sent a letter that as we accepted we will get a 'welcome gift' that will cost us 2.5€. They are now going to send us other items that we have to pay for.

This business is a scam and should be shut down immediately.

das Unternehmen ist betrügerisch. Sie kaufen eine Sache, das Ding wird ohne Wert, nur Müll sein! dann werden noch Pakete zu Ihrer Adresse kommen. Sie können nicht aufgeben - diese pakete werden in Briefkasten stoßen. dann erhalten Sie die Zahlungsanforderungen in doppelter Größe!! es ist unmöglich, Pakete zurück zu senden: auf Paket steht vier verschiedene Adressen und die Post wird Sie nicht kostenlos nehmen.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Abofalle mit steigenden Preisen. Produkte völlig überteuert. Liefern eigenmächtig mehr als vereinbart und ebenso auch einfach zu oft nicht und berechnen es dennoch. Geben - nachweisbar - falsche Erklärung gegenüber Dritten ab und man hat dann ein ebenso unseriös auftretendes Inkassobüro am Hals. Lösung, falls bereits hereingefallen: Bezahlen Sie nur, was sie bestellt und geliefert bekommen haben und nur das vereinbarte Entgelt. Kündigen Sie nachweisbar (Fax, Einschreiben) per sofort, hilfsweise zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt. Gehen Sie zum Anwalt oder zum Amtsgericht (Rechtshilfestelle), dann ist der Spuk schnell vorbei. Hat hier geholfen.

Attention! Le dit "cadeau" de départ s'avère être un abonnement entre 12.90-20.- par mois. Même après résiliation, les éditions alias continuent d'envoyer les cartes et...les factures. Pratique de vente inacceptable.

Une entreprise qui ne lit pas, ni ne donne suite aux courriers qui lui sont adressés. Service clientèle qui n'envoie pas les décomptes demandés. Vraiment zéro.

Arnaqué! Il n'y a pas d'autre mots à dire! J'ai retourné plusieurs fois leurs colis à la poste et maintenant j'apprends qu'il me colle intrum comme quoi je ne paie pas ! Pour moi je les dois rien!!!!!!!???????????????????????? il faut arrête de prendre les gens pour des consss

Die Firma gibt die Adressen ihrer Kunden an andere Unternehmen weiter. Ausserdem werden sogenannte kostenlose Angebote verschickt, die im Nachhinein zu einem Abo werden.
