The birth of our two daughters at this hospital was an amazing experience for both my wife and me. The hospital's facilities, food and rooms were exceptional, and we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and extend our congratulations to Dr. Jacob and all the midwives involved.

The secretary of Dr. Haenggeli's clinic is extremely bad. She never smiles. This is not in the 80s about the French people who don’t like to speak English even though they can. Come on, this is 2023; wake up…..
1st of all, the secretary named Claire, doesn’t speak English but is somehow to me a bit arrogant. So I sent an email to ask for an appointment but no reply for days. This is not only one time, it’s happened many many times over the years. Sometimes I’ve to ask my husband's secretary to call her. I don’t know why? Maybe it was an English email or she don’t even have time to do a Google translate. Or Maybe because I’m Chinese and don’t speak French. It’s a bit of discrimination to me. Mind you, it happens in many clinics too, the receptionist or the secretary doesn’t speak English. Come on, this is Geneva, an International Banking city and has most of the major organizations sitting in Geneva, such as the UN, WTO, WHO, and FIFA….. to name a few. Why all this company doesn’t high a secretary who speaks both French and a bit of English?

I delivered twins in Grangettes and the level of medical support and care postpartum was on the highest level! Having 24/7 nursery support, where you can leave you babies over night and have a sleep was a dream come true. Room and food are amazing, plus you can get some additional services like massage and many more. Thank you Grangettes team for your support and care for us ♥️. Yuliia Sh.

We came to emergency with pression vasculaire 60/34 which means really person can pass away, we came just 5 mins before the clinique to be closed . And i was falling down because of blood pression, i aksed them to help, doctor came and told me that they are closing and i have to go to hug. I was litterally dying and they were saying that tey are closing. Which means you dont care about lifes you care only about MONEY!!!!! You are ok to leave ppl to die outside if your working time is finished.

I gave birth at les Grangettes and had an amazing experience. The patient journey as for the mama as the baby is well designed, human centred, and supportive. The rooms and food are based on a hotel standing, you can only be happy with it. Thank you!

We used the emergency for kids quite a few times now, but everytime we experience the same, long, extreme long waiting times, till over 2 hours with a kid. The doctors don't really seem to care and looks like they take their time for everything except of taking care of their patients. Not acceptable in my opinion. This review is only about the emergency for kids. For the rest Grangettes is fine.
