Pelichet was one of the only company that reached back to us with concrete steps when we asked about moving from Switzerland to the US. They promptly sent someone to estimate the cost. Unfortunately, the cost ended being 30% more than quoted because the volume was bigger than estimated. The packing was fairly smooth and they were very accommodating when our travel plans were delayed (they offered paid storage in Geneva). Once we gave the green light it took a long time for our goods to transit across the Atlantic by boat, mainly due to pandemic-related slowdowns. Once our goods arrived on US soil, we were invoiced by two different port authorities (as expected, but given the larger volume, the cost increased). Now for the delivery: the deal was that we were paying for delivering our stuff in our home, have the partner company unpack it, and take away all the packaging. They did NOT do it, even after repeatedly asking. I tried to get my money back for that service but they refused. Very disappointed. Finally, we got insurance for damage, and some glassware was very poorly packed, thus broke. We filled the document within 10 days of arrival, and got an answer form the insurance-partner saying it would take three months to process the claim (it was for a ridicule amount). Now four months later, still no news. I don't care about the money but again, I paid for a service that did not deliver. All in all, the staff of Pelichet were very nice and helpful, but follow-up was quite poor.

We worked last year with Pelichet for a move to the other side of the world.
Their service was very professional and pleasant.
From the first contact to the delivery of our furniture everything went smoothly. They appointed someone to follow our move which simplified a lot the communication.
Customs formalities were all managed by their team and nothing was broken despite the long distance...
I highly recommend this company

Nerver see any company so slow in replying customers' emails, and in perfect avoiding answering anything questions that you care about like this company. Terrible experience.

Worst company for moving! Just escape from them. They first promised to do everything but then outsourced all packing and loading to another company after signing the contract. During packing and loading no body from Pelichet also showed up which they had promised. They also asked some additional payments so be prepared for extra cost.

We completed an international move from Miami to the Geneva area with the help of Pelichet, and I can highly recommend their work. We had no logistical or customs issues at all, and the crew members who unloaded the container and helped unpack were very professional, pleasant, and extremely careful with our belongings. I would certainly use their services again if we ever leave the area!

We used Pelichet services to export our 2 vehicles to our home land. We recommend their services. The price was the best option we found. The partner company dealing with this on destination was a different story but that will be a different review. Thank you Pelichet for your services.
