There was a specific promotion, which apparently they did not plan and advance so after crossing half of town to try to acquire an item. Apparently, I was left empty-handed. And customer service they didn’t really seem to know what to do or how to proceed with client satisfaction.

We received personal guidance from the shop manager Mr. Berger about a couch on display for which we needed personalised modifications.

He kindly took his time to review with us all the sizes and models so that it fits our needs.

In short, we had full satisfaction for the warm welcome we received and great professionalism!

at least a place we're a sales persons talks to you and explain about their product, which I think very much needed and helpful. service is great and variety of choices. they deliver and assemble as well- of course this is a paid service.

They are having Black Friday and I saw it’s written 40-70% off, but I wasn’t sure the rug I wanted is on promotion so I asked the man with my broken French. He treated me like I was stupid and said 20% off and pointed me to the cashier. I was going to check with the cashier but he shouted to the lady again and said 20%. It costs 149chf, and when she scanned and put sth on her keyboard the price changed to 169chf. So I told her I don’t want them.
Im a woman in color. I felt very offended by their behaviors. It’s the worst experience I could have

One a half months delay with the delivery and the shop keeps promising to deliver it next week and then the week after and another week after.
