We were looking for a particular brand of cabinets and were told over the phone that they sell those. We made an appointment and when we arrived in their office, the lady had no idea why we were there and simply said “we don’t sell this brand”. No apology, no attempt to find a solution or suggestion what else she has to offer. Just a “We don’t have this. Buy something else or leave”. In all exchanges (for other products) they were rude and non responsive. As if we were inconveniencing them by giving them business. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Not something you would expect at this price point.
