Thanks to Madame BOUACIDA for equipping our family with the system and for her professional qualities. She is very kind and responsive. She explained everything about the safety of our home in an accessible way and helped to choose the best kit for us. However, I would like to note that we do not speak French and this was not a problem, since she speaks English. It was a very good opportunity. Now we feel safe. A couple of times, due to our negligence, the system worked and a call from the company immediately rang out to clarify whether everything was fine with us! We are very satisfied. great service for good money!

Explanations about.the items well.done as well as.the installation. The technician knows his work and both staff looks.joyful.doing.their job. Thank you for adding security to our safety in and even we are out of our home.

I would be very careful before I use them. The staff turn over is so high at this place and no messages are passed from the rep to the office. The person who came to sign the contract in the beginning promised us there would be no moving charges ( we informed him there would be moving in 14 months) but of course there was and it was about 400-500 chf. To disconnect you have to pay. Over all the services is below Sub Standard.. And its employees are way below sub standard. For example when time came to discontinue the service it took someone from the office 12 days and over 15 calls to call me back to and I had to tell the operator that the guy didn't work for a fortune 500 company but DIALARME. Use one of the bigger guys they are much better

Very good sign-up process, with comprehensive security services for our needs.The overall package is reasonable and well-facilitated by competent conseillers. We had an excellent experience with Mr. Markovic.
