I rang to enquire about why my parcel hadn't been delivered. The man said he couldn't hear what I was saying (I could hear him perfectly), and then he said he would RING ME BACK! Wow. So he did and was extremely pleasant and helpful and offered solutions. Thanks, mate!
Person there on Saturday morning for the pick-up also very pleasant and helpful, helping us to carry the parcel and clearly explaining where we could get rid of the cardboard

Je ne recommande vraiment pas pour les colis lourds (100 kg et +).
Pour une livraison, 2 refus, 1 annulation sans avertissement et 1 livraison au final avec un livreur blessé qui m'a laissé le colis à l'extérieur...

Donc 4 demi-journées bloquées et perdues pour une livraison sur le pas de porte... A éviter.

Cependant personnes toujours super aimables, ça rattrape un peu.

Par Hasard,il arrive souvent que reçoive une marchandise en mauvaise état(ou Autre),par ce groupe.
Et Après, ne attendez jamais une solution alternative de leur part en cas de soucis ou dommage!!

Utilisez plutôt le transport par la poste..
