Great team of professionals. 2 years ago Doctor Galeano saved my cat's life after a wrong diagnosis elsewhere. He really takes the time to look at your pet's symptoms and he is willing to listen to your concerns and suggest alternatives. It's clear how much he loves animals. We recently moved out of Geneva but we will forever be grateful to Dr Galeano, Dr Capozzi and the rest of the team!

I am writing a review on this practise several months after the unpleasant experience there. My animal was sterilized and has unfortunately suffered a complication. The operating vet, Dr. Galeao, has initially dismissed my concern over the phone, but as the weekend was approaching I insisted bringing my animal there. The exam confirmed urinary obstruction. Unfortunately, what happened next is the reason I am writing the review. The vet has attempted to place a cathether without anestesia first (something which is I was later told at the animal hospital, is absolutely unacceptable as it causes enormous suffering). We were then redirected as an emergency to animal hospital in Lausanne. At no point in time did the vet from Clos de La Fonderie follow up to find out how the animal is. Worst of all, when we came back to have stitches removed, the vet has simply passed by us by without acknowledging what has happened a few days prior or asking hiw his patient is feeling. During that emergency, it was even suggested I was at fault. I switched the vets within the practise for some post-operatory care, which was fine, but I will not go back to this establishment. To add, receptionists do not speak English, which is very undesirable for such a multicultural clientele.

Finally we found a great vet.clinic in Geneva after trying two other places! Super friendly, responsive and professional doctor. Gave us great advice on behavior issues, also all the vaccinations and blood tests for our two cats were done to our fullest satisfaction. Prices are quite high as everywhere in Geneva, but at least you get an excellent quality here and know what you’re paying for. Thanks a lot for being so kind and attentive!

Great staff, very pleasant and accommodating. Our primary veterinarian for our rabbits where we take them for check-ups, vaccinations, had them spayed and treatment for illness. Very knowledgeable about rabbits, which not all veterinary offices are. The veterinarians also speak English, which is great for us as our French is only at a conversational level. No, not all staff speak English - but if you know some French you can make do, or if you know no French ask to speak to someone who speaks English. If no one is available right then, call back a little later. They are very helpful and will do their best

These people tolerate my garbage french when I take my cat here. There's like a black dog and a parrot here all the time. The parrot likes to throw water and stuff around. The dog is chill.

Called to make an appointment after consulting on their website that they consult in English as well. When asked if they speak English the receptionist simply said 'no' and hung up..
