I do not often write reviews but I must make an exception in this case.

Communication was excellent. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and helpful. Mr. Genecand was very helpful and responsive to all questions. The team who collected and delivered our belongings was very professional and also kind! As a small example, one of the team members made sure that the dining table was situated precisely under the light fixture. These small things are not expected but very appreciated! Nothing was broken or damaged.

I would (and already have) recommend Balestrafic to any friend.

Very good service. I hired Balestrafic in February 2019 in order to move from my old apartment to the new one (both in Geneva). They provided with boxes so that I could pack everything, and also went to a friend's home to carry extra furniture. Overall, my experience was 100% positive, from the detailed estimate to the removal of the waste. I was quite impressed by the accuracy of the estimate, and the speed and quality. Overall, from the kind of boxes provided ( perfect for my needs), to the movers (five persons and two trucks, three hours in total), including the kind of service (disassembly and assembly of some furniture), you can really feel that they have many many years of experience. I found the price also very reasonable.

Bien que notre déménagement se soit globalement bien passé grâce à des déménageurs sympathiques et professionnels, je ne recommande pas Balestrafic car l’entreprise nous a appelé la veille de notre déménagement à 17h pour nous dire qu’il n’y avait pas les ressources pour faire notre déménagement le lendemain et qu’il fallait le reporter !

C’est seulement parce que nous avons insisté auprès de Balestrafic que notre déménagement a finalement pu avoir lieu comme convenu.

Ce n’est pas du tout correct d’appeler la veille au soir pour essayer de reporter un déménagement !

De plus, malgré l’assurance que nous avions souscrit en cas de casse, il a également fallu se battre pour se faire rembourser les 300 francs de notre machine à café qui ne fonctionnait plus suite au déménagement.

Après deux mois et demi de réclamation, l’argent a finalement été remboursé.

Tout est bien qui finit bien mais Balestrafic, plus jamais !

Excellente expérience de déménagement avec Balestrafic. De la prise de contact pour le devis à la réalisation du déménagement, tout a été rapide et professionnel. Monsieur Genecand et son équipe ont su parfaitement évaluer et répondre à nos besoins, notamment concernant le déménagement de pièces encombrantes et fragiles (terrariums). Nous recommandons sans hésiter les services de Balestrafic pour un déménagement en toute sérénité.

C'est la 2ème fois que je prends Balestrafic. C'est une société sérieuse avec de bonnes équipes. Lorsque vous prenez contact, le service d'accueil trouve toujours une solutions et elles sont très aimables.

Nous avons fait appel a cette entreprise pour un déménagement privé, et nous avons été très satisfaits des services: les déménageurs étaient très professionnel et efficaces, le service secrétariat/ comptabilité également. Bon rapport qualité/ prix, nous recommandons vivement!
