Ordered a few thing from the Aubert webiste and some items are over a month late, tried to contact the company via the company's client service email 4 times and they have never replied. Called the swiss numbers and they told me they are not in charge of orders done online. Called the french number 5 times, never answered the phone but I still have to pay their fee for phone calls.

Beaucoup de choix en puériculture, pas vraiment de concurrence à Genève par rapport à la variété de produits présentés. Le seul point négatif serait des tarifs parfois un peu élevés. Mais j'y vais chaque fois que je veux comparer différents produits.
