Absolutely friendly and the staff knows its subjects. However, you often need to wait for quite a long time (even though there are always at least four people helping you)

Immer freundlich, professionell, lösungsorientiert, verdständnisvoll. Ein Chef der hinter seinen Mitarbeitern steht. Desswegen ist der Andrag dort immer so hoch. Wenn man jedoch die Möglichkeit hat ausserhalb der Stosszeit zu gehen wird man auch schnell bedient. Seit Jahren ein sehr zufriedener Kunde. Kann ich von Herzen empfehlen!

Die Leute sind sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir werden bei der Apotheke Ryser AG stets freundlich bedient und können diese sehr empfehlen.

Mitarbeitende werden von der Leitung vor der Kundschaft auf eine unmögliche Art zurechtgewiesen. Werde diese Apotheke nicht mehr besuchen!
