Eine perfekte Firma mit sehr guten Leistungen und hilfsbereiten Arbeitern

Esperienza negativa : ho spedito un robot Dolphin M600 per riparare. Dopo 3 settimane circa ho ricevuto il robot funzionante : hanno sostituito il trasformatore . La fattura per la sostituzione ammonta a 498.- . Ho fatto una veloce ricerca su internet e ho trovato 3 negozi in svizzera dove mi avrebbero spedito il trasformatore nel giro di 1 giorno lavorativo al prezzo di massimo 210.- Fr. ( da 189.- a 210.- ). Faccio notare che la sostituzione del trasformatore comporta si e no al massimo 5 minuti di lavoro : staccare una spina e riattaccarla ( é esterno ) Inoltre 2 giorni dopo il ricevimento del robot ho richiesto di avere anche il trasformatore rotto ( quello sostituito ) da poter presentare all’associazione ( in quanto mi é stato richiesto ) e la risposta é stata: l‘abbiamo già buttato ! Non possono farci niente .
Valutate voi se questo é un servizio che un cliente si attende ed un prezzo equo e tirate le vostre conclusioni . Io le mie le ho tirate e ho fatto la mia recensione .

Leider ist es als Endkunde nicht möglich Ersatzteile für Produkte bei dieser Firma zu beziehen. Obwohl die Firma der Schweizer Vertriebspartner für einen Hersteller aus Deutschland ist, wird man hier nicht bedient und muss zwangsläufig auch ein simples Ersatzteil über einen Service-Betrieb bestellen. Dies bedeutet für mich als Endkunde, dass ich schlussendlich mit drei verschiedenen Parteien kommunizieren musste um eine simple Bestellung abzusetzen.

Leider möchte dieser Anbieter nichts mit Endkunden zu Tun haben.
Ich wollte ein Produkt zur Abdichtung eines Betonbeckens kaufen, ich habe keine Auskunft und auch kein Produktevorschlag erhalten obwohl ich mitgeteilt habe, dass ich selbst mehrere Jahre als Schwimmbadbauer tätig war.
Sehr schade!
Mit dieser Haltung zwingt Ihr den Endkunden dazu sich im Ausland das Material zu Beschaffen.

Очень приветливый персонал,очень быстро загрузили,была проблема с закрытием двери мешала паллета,не остались равнодушными и оказали помощь в решение этой проблемы,большое спасибо.
