They are unfriendly and not willing to help/listen when you talk to them. They tell you nothing is their responsibility and hang up the phone.

Be cautious! This company doesn't respect customers, no business and ethical standards. I have very unpleasant experience with them. I agreed with them the apartment purchase conditions (meeting + e-mails), they sent me reservation papers Friday 5PM, I signed and sent it by mail next working day and the same day they just sent me an e-mail that he sold it to another person. He didn't even had a courage to call me, apologizes and explain what happened.

Unprofessional and unfriendly.
Pay attention to contracts for new projects, partly without precise budgets and building specifications. Buy or go mentality.

Wir (ich) werden nun seit drei Jahren von der Aarbrugg AG im Stockwerkeigentum betreut. Die Dienstleistung ist einfach nur Top!
