My family and I stayed here for 4 months and we absolutely loved it. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Well furnished rooms with everything available.
We really had a great stay and it felt just like home.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for the great service ????

Seit Jahren unsere Top Family-Residence, wenn wir in Lugano verweilen. Preis/Leistung kaum zu toppen!! Unser zweites zu Hause. Schöne, saubere und täglich gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Swimmingpool. Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich eine Reception. Alle Appartements sind voll ausgestattet, Badezimmer mit WC und Duschkabine. Frisches Bettzeug und ein Satz Frotteetücher werden pro Person gestellt. TV und W-LAN sind inbegriffen. Einfache Küche plus Geschirr steht ebenfalls bereit. Grosser Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Gartenanlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zu einem kleinen Umkostenpreis steht auch eine Waschmaschine plus Tumbler und Bügelmöglichkeit zur Mitbenützung bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Coop und Denner befinden sich in der Nähe. Zentrum Lugano zu Fuss in 1/2h erreichbar, mit ÖV schneller. Kurz gesagt, einziehen und wohlfühlen, wie zu Hause.

L'arredamento è assolutamente da rinnovare, ma si tratta di un'ottima soluzione in una città estremamente cara come Lugano. La pulizia è eccellente e la piccola cucina è dotata di tutto!

Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous passions quelques jours au centre, l'endroit n'a pas changé, toujours très propre et accueillant, le personnel au top, place de parking à disposition, petit bémol, il annonçait la piscine depuis le mois de mai, la température n'était pas au rendez-vous le soleil oui, 6 jours de beau et 1 de pluie, nous y reviendrons.

Ambiente tranquilo e familiar.
Possui uma pequena cozinha toda equipasa onde é possível preparar as refeições.

am fost la inceputul lunii februarie 2019 si ne-am simtit foarte bine . curat , spatios, bucataria utilata cu tot ce trebuie .
