Most rude receptionist I’ve ever spoken to. Was asking to speak to the doctor and she just said not possible and hung up on me.

Mme Thurneysen a été appelé en urgence la nuit pour un jeune homme schizophrène en crise. Elle a mis 1h30 pour arriver au domicile du jeune homme car elle s’était perdue en route, mais elle n’a pas manqué de facturer ce temps. Est finalement arrivée visiblement agacée et impatiente de repartir. A pris la peine de contacter différents hôpitaux psychiatriques, pour constater que tout est plein ( 1 étoile) et est repartie. Facture : Frs 452,-. Les assurances ont bon dos, décidément …

Humaine, très à l'écoute, prend le temps, bon diagnostique, pas dans le jugement, beaucoup de respect, très bon dialogue avec l'enfant, disponible. Les médecins comme elle sont rares !
